The service provides a special sign indicating that the content is protected and will be detected by a special robot in the event of theft. An adaptive design was designed for the service, stylistically opposite to the darknet - clean and light, brightnet. At the very beginning, personas were developed to reflect the main target user groups.

The next stage was to develop the site structure. The main tasks of the site are to familiarize yourself with the main services of the service and provide access to your personal account, where monitoring is carried out and the ability to leave requests for the removal of stolen content.
STRUCTURE
Now that the site structure is ready, basic user scenarios are being developed. This way, the most knowledgeable users receive basic information on the main page, look at prices and subscribe. For users who do not fully understand how the content protection system works, the path lies through the information pages for each of the services. And finally, users who do not understand at all delve into the essence in more detail through the “How it works” and “FAQ” sections.
USER JOURNEY
The main page introduces users to the main services available by subscription. For this purpose, a carousel of colorful 3D icons has been implemented, which change as users scroll through the page.In order to understand how the service works, a simple and understandable “How it works” block and a “FAQ” block with basic questions and answers have been implemented. Also at the end the entire package of services that are included in the subscription is shown.
For each of the services, a separate promotional page has been designed, telling in detail how the service works.
The service provides three types of subscription: the simplest with basic services, standard or recommended, and advanced. The main emphasis is on showing the benefits of purchasing an annual subscription. It is important that there is nothing on this page other than the plans themselves; users should not leave without clicking on the “Get a subscription” button.
Subscription is completed in 2 stages: email confirmation and entering bank card details. Immediately after this, the user enters his personal account.
In order to quickly get comfortable in personal account and immediately understand how the service works, the user undergoes a short training through a series of pop-ups.
In the Claims section, users create requests to remove illegal content or report fake accounts. Simply select the claim type and fill out a short form. After the claim is created, it is displayed in the Claims section. Here users see and track the status of the completion of their requests.
It is not necessary to use the service while sitting at a table. It is convenient and quick to create claims from any device.
